Terms of Use
Last updated: October 9, 2026
MiniForge Tools is operated by J.S. Design. These terms govern use of the website and its design generators. By using the service, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. Using the tools
MiniForge provides tools to create and export digital models for 3D printing. You must use the service lawfully and have the necessary permission for artwork, text, fonts, symbols, or models you upload. Do not interfere with the service, bypass access restrictions, introduce malicious content, or infringe another person's rights.
2. Your content and generated models
MiniForge does not claim ownership of your original uploaded artwork or designs. You may use exported models for personal or commercial purposes provided you comply with the rights and licenses of all included content. An export does not grant rights to copyrighted characters, trademarks, logos, patented designs, or other third-party material.
Our site, software, branding, and original assets remain subject to their respective intellectual-property rights. MiniForge branding on a generated model identifies the tool and does not certify the model or claim ownership of third-party artwork.
3. Included icons and third-party assets
Some assets are provided under third-party licenses, including Lucide icons and Microsoft Fluent Emoji. Those licenses continue to apply independently of these terms. Preserve required copyright and license notices when redistributing covered assets or files. Third-party brands and names do not imply sponsorship or endorsement. MiniForge cannot grant exclusive ownership of open-source icons.
4. Printing and mechanical fit
Previews and exports are design aids. You are responsible for checking dimensions, slicer settings, material suitability, tolerances, supports, assembly, and safe use. Printer calibration, nozzle size, layer height, and hardware can affect fit and strength. Print a small test before relying on a design. Generated parts are not certified for medical, safety-critical, load-bearing, or other regulated uses.
5. Availability and changes
We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue features. Keep your own copies of project files and exports. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, cloud backup, compatibility with every printer, or a particular printing outcome.
6. Future paid features
The current version does not offer subscriptions, paid generation tokens, or customer payment processing. If paid features are introduced, pricing, token rules, renewal, cancellation, and any applicable refund terms will be presented separately before purchase. These terms do not authorize a future charge.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains local design processing and optional usage analytics. Accepting these terms does not replace a separate analytics consent choice.
8. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service and outputs are provided as available, without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or successful fabrication. We are not responsible for losses caused by unsuitable designs, printing settings, third-party content, or improper use. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.
9. Changes, applicable law, and contact
We may update these terms and will display the revised date. Mandatory laws and consumer protections that apply to you remain in effect. No specific court or jurisdiction is designated in these general terms. For questions, contact J.S. Design at [email protected].
